Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements ProGen’s Terms of Service. It sets out the conduct we expect from members and the behaviour we will not tolerate. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
1. You agree to
- Provide accurate, current information about yourself.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and never share your account.
- Treat lab partners, clinicians, nutritionists, and ProGen support staff with courtesy.
- Follow the instructions provided to you before sample collection (e.g. fasting requirements) so your results are clinically usable.
- Consult your physician about any results that warrant follow-up and treat ProGen’s output as informational, not diagnostic.
2. You agree NOT to
- Use the Services to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for yourself or any third party. ProGen is a wellness service, not a medical practice.
- Misrepresent your identity or use a payment method that is not yours.
- Submit samples or results on behalf of anyone other than yourself or a dependent you have legitimately linked.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or extract another member’s data; attempt to bypass row-level security; or attempt to escalate your own role.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or breach any security or authentication measure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications.
- Use any bot, scraper, or automated means to access the Services in a way that materially exceeds normal human use.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful, or that contains a virus or malicious code.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Impersonate any person or entity, including a ProGen clinician.
3. AI insights
ProGen uses AI to draft personalised insights from your biomarker results. You agree:
- Not to share, screenshot, or republish raw AI drafts as if they were a clinical opinion. All released insights pass a clinician sign-off; the unreviewed draft is not a medical opinion.
- Not to feed third-party clinical content or copyrighted material into any AI chat surface ProGen makes available.
4. Reporting abuse or security issues
If you discover a vulnerability, suspected breach, abusive behaviour, or content that violates this policy, please email security@progenhealth.com. We respond to security reports promptly and will not penalise good-faith research that is reported responsibly.
5. What happens if you breach this policy
- We may warn you, suspend access to one or more features, or terminate your account.
- We may preserve and disclose information about your activity if required by law or to protect ProGen, our members, or third parties.
- Where conduct involves a criminal offence, we will report it to the appropriate authorities.
