Testing
What exactly is ProGen Health?
A preventive health membership. Twice a year you get 50+ biomarkers tested at a partner lab, every result reviewed by a clinician and explained in plain English, plus a personalised plan to act on. It’s a way to monitor your health over time — not a one-off check-up.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older who wants a clearer, ongoing picture of their health.
What do you test for?
50+ biomarkers across heart and metabolic health, hormones and thyroid, kidney and liver function, blood and nutrients, and inflammation — chosen by clinicians because each one tells you something you can act on.
How often do I test?
Twice a year. That rhythm builds a baseline that’s specific to you, so every result is compared to your own history rather than a generic average.
Where do I get tested, and how long does it take?
At a partner lab near you, at a time you book yourself. The draw takes only a few minutes.
Do I need to fast before my test?
For some markers, yes. You’ll get clear instructions by WhatsApp before your appointment so you arrive prepared.
Should I stop my medications before testing?
No — never stop any medication without speaking to your doctor first. Just let us know what you’re taking so your results are read in context.
